Meet Bill Munze

Therapist and coach for healing, clarity, and growth
You’re here because you’re ready for something to change. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of the next step, I want you to know—there is hope.

Maybe anxiety feels like it’s ruling your life, or stress from work or school has you completely exhausted. Maybe it’s trauma or grief that leaves you feeling raw and on edge, or the struggle of balancing relationships, identity, and self-worth. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My job is to help you uncover your strength, reconnect with joy, and find balance in your life again.

I’m Bill, and for almost 3 decades I’ve helped adults and college students overcome challenges like anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, and difficult relationships. Through online therapy and EMDR therapy, I provide tailored guidance that empowers you to heal from the past, build resilience, and chart your way forward to a brighter, more fulfilling life.

I also specialize in working with college and university students facing unique pressures—balancing coursework, social life, identity exploration, and the transition into adulthood. If you’re feeling stuck, lost, or unsure of how to begin, I’m here to help you uncover the answers you’ve been seeking.

Reaching out for help takes courage, and just by being here, you’ve already taken the first step. Therapy is more than just a service, it’s a partnership: a space to feel heard, understood, and supported by someone who truly gets it. Contact me for a free 15-minute consultation, and we can take the next step together.

I look forward to working with you.

Bill Munze, LMHC, CPC

Groups

We all need a safe space to talk things out. Group therapy can be that for people looking to manage a mental health condition or major life stress. It offers a supportive environment, a chance to be understood, validated and supported by people who experience similar problems.
